Senior engineer for a software house serving enterprise and government clients including Vodafone, Omantel and Ooredoo. Designed and shipped the company AI Solution Architect agent and built the internal n8n automation stack behind it on a self-hosted VPS. About
05 — THE PERSON
I started shipping software in 2018 from Mostaganem — freelance apps for pharmacies, veterinary labs and payroll tools, published to the stores before "mobile engineer" was my job title.
At Yassir I wrote iOS code that ran in front of millions of daily users. That taught me scale. But curiosity kept pulling me off the screen: my Master's in Artificial Intelligence for IoT ended with Ru'ia — an AR/VR anatomy app graded 19.75/20 — and the lab has been growing ever since: ESP32s and Arduinos on the desk, robots in the closet, a 3D printer running, a Quest 3 charging.
Today I work as a senior mobile engineer for enterprise clients while building AI agents, IoT prototypes and VR experiments — and I teach. I mentor VR and robotics workshops (GDG campus events, Technopoly, my own Future Skills Lab) and share builds with 50K+ followers on @ilies4tech.
The common thread: I don't just write code — I like when it ends up in someone's hand, on someone's desk, or wrapped around someone's eyes.
